ARLESEY

The Blue Lagoon is an old flooded clay pit, accessed by a vehicle track from Arlesey. It has a jetty and small beach leading to the water. The lake is about 12 metres deep. In the water can be found huts, hoppers, bogies, boat wrecks, a training base at 5m and some rather large pike!

The lake is used most weekends by the club.

The meeting point is gated road entrance, on the left, just before the Football Club when driving south out of  Arlesey towards Hitchin. It is just after the last bungalow on the left, opposite the Hitchin Road Business Park.

Please note that the lake is private property. The diving club has special permission to use the lake.
